We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Human Resource & Administrative Executive to join our HR department. This position is responsible for executing a broad range of HR tasks and maintaining the office environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. Additionally, he/she will assist in overseeing the upkeep of a high-standard office environment.

Job Description:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and regulations. Prepare reports as needed for government and internal audits.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure that employee compensation is timely and accurate.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions, professional development programs, and staff workshops.
  • Assist with the implementation of performance appraisal systems, employee feedback, and goal-setting activities.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies, HR processes, and resolve queries and issues.
  • Manage offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure the timely and proper handling of employee terminations.
  • Support the management of relationships with office service providers, including office suppliers, maintenance contractors, and other third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a track record of ownership.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Timesoft, SAP) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Desirable Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Experience in handling payroll and employee benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Experience in employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives.
