We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join us at an exciting time as the company increase our digital advertising panels footprint and expands Programmatic DOOH capabilities across the Street, Malls and Airport. Media assets being the core part of business, come in many forms and sizes. Ensuring accuracy of assets stats, pricing, and availability is critical to the smooth daily operations.
Job Description:
- Responsible for management of advertising campaigns ensuring every campaign is on time and perfectly delivered.
- Assist Sales to manage client bookings, data entry and campaign validation across different client requests.
- Provides sales administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time.
- High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Self-Starter.
- Mastery of Office tools especially in Excel, ie: Pivot table.
