As a Marketing Executive, you will assist the Marketing Manager by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities for the Airport and Downtown businesses, including Malls, Large Format, and Cinema environments. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with overall marketing objectives. You will work closely with teams in Sales, Business Development, IT & Digital in the Singapore office and the teams in HQ Paris.

Job Description

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating marketing activities across various channels, ensuring alignment and successful execution throughout the year.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager and various teams to implement marketing programs, including events, CRM activities, and sponsorships, ensuring seamless execution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and support the development of meaningful content for newsletters, websites, social media, and other channels aligned with marketing objectives to increase brand awareness and generate website traffic.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of freelance photographers and videographers for various marketing projects, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and objectives.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing project briefs, ensuring all deliverables, deadlines, and requirements are addressed. Coordinate with the creative team for execution.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Data Teams to generate, edit, and publish engaging weekly content on social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to develop strong content angles and narratives that support sales and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Data Analyst to conduct market research and analyse trends, preparing detailed reports to support strategic planning and campaign adjustments.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all communication materials are current and accurate. Fine-tune and update collaterals/materials as needed and coordinate creating new materials.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, performing other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth project management and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • A creative and hands-on marketer with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing tools and evolving trends, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation for various platforms (social media, websites, newsletters).
  • Proactive, presentable, and energetic, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good sense of humour and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Desirable Skills / Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising
