As part of the Campaign Management Team, you will have the opportunity to work on various sales system used to manage media assets lifecycle, campaigns planning, booking and production to Campaign Launch.
You will work closely with teams in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, IT and Digital Operations in the Singapore Office.
Reports directly to Head of Campaign Management.

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the booking and management of client specific campaigns ensuring JCDecaux standards are adhered to.
- Responsible for Digital campaigns and using in-house systems to ensure accurate digital ads are being scheduled accurately
- Overseeing all stages of campaign production, including printed materials by working with appointed supplier
- Coordinating with internal teams (creative, IT, etc.) and external partners to ensure all campaign placements are accurate in location and timing
- Managing client bookings, data entry and campaign validation
- High attention to details to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting
- Provides sales administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Self-Starter
- Mastery of Office tools especially in Excel, ie: Pivot
