We are looking for a Business Partner Support Executive to support in the servicing of strategic landlord partners which are leading firms in their respective industries, to offer a range of quality OOH media sites at busy locations across Singapore, as well as in the pitching of new business.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, numerate, works well under pressure, a critical-thinker and problem-solver.
This is NOT a Sales role.
Job Scope:
- Facilitate advertisement campaign approvals by liaising with internal and external parties such as sales and campaign management teams as well as landlords and government agencies.
- Apply government licensing for advertising sites and campaigns.
- Compile and prepare sales reports (MS Excel & Power BI) to landlords each month.
- Communicate promptly and effectively with all stakeholders including landlord partners to ensure smooth campaign implementations. May be required to attend night installations on some occasions.
- Prepare business update presentations using MS Powerpoint, Minutes of meetings and any other tasks as assigned.
- Support in the pitching of new business projects as required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business or Marketing with min. 2 years’ working experience
- Strong Administrative, Communication and Stakeholder Management capabilities
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Responsible, Proactive and Collaborative attitude
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
- Advertising & Building Marketing industry experience will be an advantage
