As a Marketing Executive, you will assist the Marketing Manager in executing a comprehensive suite of marketing activities for the Airport, Downtown, Streetside, Malls, Large Format, and Cinema environments. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing team's various strategic and operational aspects, ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities and the successful implementation of projects. You will work closely with teams in Sales, Business Development, IT & Digital in the Singapore office, as well as the group's Marketing team in HQ Paris. 

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of marketing activities across different channels to ensure successful execution throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement marketing programs, including events, CRM activities, and sponsorships, ensuring smooth execution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create meaningful content aligned with marketing themes and objectives for newsletters, website, social media, and other channels to increase brand awareness and generate website traffic.
  • Work with the Creative Team to generate, edit, and publish engaging weekly content on social media platforms, foster community interaction, and moderate user-generated content.
  • Stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to develop strong content angles and narratives that support sales and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Marketing Manager to conduct market research, develop case studies, analyse trends, and prepare detailed reports. Regularly research and identify industry-relevant activities, news, events, and competitors.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all communication materials are current and accurate. Fine-tune and update collaterals/materials as needed and coordinate the creation of new materials.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • A creative and hands-on marketer with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation for various platforms (social media, websites, newsletters).
  • Proactive, presentable, and energetic, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Respected by peers, with a good sense of humour and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
