We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join our dynamic Commercial team to service and manage existing client relationships, managing both English - and Mandarin - speaking clients. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing, and managing sales deals, generating maximum revenue for the Company.
This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as you will be handling a diverse portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Sales Director for Airport Advertising, you will contribute to and execute the strategy and activity of the Airport Sale team.
Job Description
- Confidently sell JCDecaux-managed advertising spaces in Out-of-Home communication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set to you.
- Establish close and trusted working relationships with new and existing clients to expand customer's base through cold calls, meetings and presentations.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches fluently in both English and Mandarin - This is is essential as you will be managing both language-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful management and delivery of campaigns.
- Provide best-in-class post-sales services to clients and agency partners.
- Plan and build active sales pipeline to ensure success in achievement of KPIs.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the advertising marketplace, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for creative concepts.
- Be professional in carrying oneself and in performing all duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Communications and Media or Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin language.
- Candidate must be able to converse fluently in Mandarin and to conduct sales presentations to serve Mandarin speaking clients.
- Proficient in MS tools especially Powerpoint and Excel.
