As Marketing Manager, you will support the Marketing Director by overseeing and managing the day-to-day marketing operations for our Singapore business. You will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Creative, IT, and Digital teams in Singapore, and coordinate efforts with teams at our headquarters in Paris.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily marketing operations, overseeing events, conducting market research, developing content, and managing various communication channels. This role requires careful planning and effective execution to enhance our marketing and communication efforts and ensure that all projects meet their milestones, stay within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

  • Plan and manage marketing activities throughout the year across Airport and Downtown advertising businesses, including Malls, Large Format and Cinema.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft compelling campaigns and pitches that win new business and retain clients.
  • Work with Data Analyst and Creative Team to create inspiring marketing content that creates demand, using insights, data, design, photography, and video.
  • Conduct surveys to gather insights for case studies and create reports evaluating the success of client campaigns.
  • Develop engaging copy for collaterals, case studies, press releases, and other marketing assets.
  • Ensure that JCDecaux’s brand image, values, and positioning are effectively communicated through all marketing channels.
  • Prepare presentations on new offerings and solutions to educate, excite, and inspire a diverse audience, including media, creative agencies, and digital and outdoor advertising specialists.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee sponsorships, events, media activities, and client appreciation engagements.
  • Organise client appreciation events and other CRM activities. Explore and recommend new, creative ways to engage with existing and potential clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring projects meet milestones, adhere to budgets, and comply with deadlines while providing guidance and support to meet departmental goals.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance across various platforms, adapting strategies to leverage trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in communications and digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
  • Proven success in B2B marketing management with strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, encompassing market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Proactive, presentable, and self-driven. Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a hands-on approach to marketing initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • People management experience

Desirable Skills / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising, especially programmatic DOOH
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), social media dashboards, CRM systems, and web CMS

Desirable Criteria:

  • Background in media advertising, digital agency, or ad tech industry
